The Listing Committee held on 29/06/2022 has approved to list the company's capital increase from EGP 15,082,037 to EGP 32,806,129.90 such capital increase amounted to EGP 17,724,092.90 distributed over 177,240,929 shares at par value of EGP 0.10 per share, such capital increase through rights issue for the company's existing shareholders paid in cash and the credit balances, due to some of the shareholders.
These new shares shall be added to EGX database starting from 04/07/2022 trading session.
