With reference to the provisions of Article 46 and Article 47 of the Listing Rules and Article 64 of the Executive Regulations related to preparing and providing EGX with the standalone and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ending on 31/03/2022, the Listing Committee decided in its session held on 29/06/2022:
1- Imposing EGP 5000 penalty on the company for violating the provisions of Article 46 in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the Executive Regulations.
2- Granting the company a period of 15 days from the end of the granted period for the decision of the Listing Committee held on 15/06/2022 to provide EGX with the standalone and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ending on 31/03/2022 in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the Executive Regulations.
