The Listing Committee held on 26/11/2014 has approved to list the capital increase for Barbary Investment Group (BIG) from L.E. 10 million to L.E. 30,164,074.
The L.E. 20,164,074, capital increase is through Rights Issue for the company?s existing shareholders, distributed over 20,164,074 shares at a par value of L.E. 1.
The new shares will be added to the EGX database effective 30/11/2014 trading session.
