Decision of the listing committee held on 26/02/2014 approving announcing the disclosure form for proceeding in increasing the company?s issued and paid-in capital from EGP 10 million to EGP 40 million being an amount of EGP 15 million funded from part of the credit balances. EGP 15 million in cash from the existing (old) shareholders in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors meeting dated 20/02/2014. This is in accordance with article 48 of the Listing Rules and Article 52 of the executive regulations concerning announcing the Disclosure form and requesting the company to adhere with article 29 of the executive regulations to include in the agenda of the EGM trading the right separately as well as presenting to the EGM the feasibility study for the usage and reason of such capital increase.
